The Bay Tree Lakes POA clubhouse is a 2,160 sq.ft. facility with a fully equipped kitchen, providing enough space for either formal or informal gatherings. There are 27 portable rectangular tables (21/2’ x 8’), 10 portable circular tables (5’ dia.) and more than enough chairs to accommodate over 140 guests. The rental area has a magnificent view of Bay Tree Lake and surrounding areas.
